I'm new to this game and I don't know what I'm doing, is there any way I can reduce my Corruption and turn it back to 0? I shouldn't have seggs with that black wolf if it just increases my Corruption... Also, what are the downsides of having a Corruption?

I know i May be late or you've figured it out but Just don't have Sex and the corrution wil sinkt or youn can Just skip days.
