If you are looking for the purity ending, you must tell him the names of Lukka (you must do his mission related to Echo and all that), Torgar (you must make him reject the corruption 100% and join your team being uncorrupted) and finally Drenth (the dragon that appears as the guardian of Nyx's seal, you must make a deal with him and FOR NO REASON, break him, corrupt him or kill him).
As a recommendation, once activated the power of the pure eye, corrupt yourself to the point of being unrecognizable and go against Nyx, only then you can defeat him.

man, how the fuck can I beat Nyx when I hit him with the eye of the purified void, if he literally makes me one shot ALWAYS and I'm already lvl 100, with all the skills that someone uncorrupted can get.

okay so i see currently one small problem with this game , u cant give like 2 lvls points into ur abilities, u need to do it 2 times so when u have more achigments u sometimes get like 5 levels after 2 fights and it makes the game longer then it needs to be

Are you playing on browser?, if so, you can "save" by pressing the save state bun and below you'll see two ops save on disc and reload.

I believe you're missing the purity ending. That is from putting all the names of pure characters into the eye of the void.
Spoilers for the names needed:
Drenth: You just have to accept the mark or whatever it's called when you meet him. Don't fill him with spawn.
Torgar: Do the purity path
Lukka: Just evolve your symbiote

How to use the Eye?

I was able to do it while getting achievements but I forgot.
I think its only interactable if you have a perk from the corruption, either mimic or mutate cant remember which.

It requires frame perfect inputs unfortunately
I found a little pattern, if you attack it with “first strike” “slash” “bash” etc.
he won't kill you in one hit, but if you use demonic or Echo powers he will kill you in one hit.
also, I had to corrupt myself to the maximum to kill him, but I was able to do the good ending.
